Friday 9th March 2023
| Full day | 1st rounds of the « Excellence » and « Superior » categories. Piano rehearsals for candidates that are selected for the 2cd round. |
| 19:00 | Welcome and presentation speech for the « Tempi » categories in the auditorium. |
| 20:00 | Opening concert by the Brass Band Méditerranée featuring numerous soloists. Free concert, seats limited. At the end of the concert, there will be an optional dinner at the restaurant « Au Bruit Qui Court Toujours », right next to the Conservatoire. Places will be available for reservation from the 14th February 2023, through the website, at the price of 25€ per person. |
Saturday 10th March 2023
| Full day | « Tempi » categories’ piano rehearsals and competition. 2cd round of the « Excellence » categories. 2cd (and last) round of the « Superior » categories. |
| End of afternoon (time to be announced) | « Excellence » category’s finalists’ rehearsals with the Brass Band Méditerranée All participants’ Tuba Ensemble rehearsal (sheet music will be sent from the 14th February 2023) |
| 20:30 | Participants’ Tuba Ensemble concert, and prize ceremony for « Tempi » and « Superior » categories. Free concert, seats limited. Sunday 11th March 2023
| Morning | Workshops and opportunity to meet certain members of the jury. |
| 13:30 | « Excellence » category’s Finale, accompanied by the Brass Band Méditerranée |
| 16:30 | Closing concert by the Orchestre National de Cannes and, Steven Mead as soloist in Anthéa (located next to the Conservatoire) Tickets must be reserved in advance. A special price rate will be available to the candidates. Warning : Seats are limited. |
